About

Who We Are

Grace Towne Daycare is a faith-based childcare center, which means we operate according to Christian principles and values. We teach Biblical stories and morals as part of our curriculum. All of our staff is of the Christian faith.

We at Grace Towne love kids and exist to provide reliable, quality childcare and education for you and your family. You can have peace of mind, knowing that all our staff is well-equipped to care for your child, having undergone a background check, a physical examination, and First Aid/CPR certification.

As a religious organization, we are license-exempt, but we are inspected by the state and strive to exceed state regulations.

What We Do

Grace Towne Daycare and Preschool offers two age-based classes: Toddlers (2s & 3s) and Preschoolers (4s & 5s). The classrooms have similar schedules and activities, though the preschoolers will enjoy a larger emphasis on education to help prepare them for Kindergarten.

Your child’'s day will be filled with various activities including free-play (both indoors and outdoors), educational stories and crafts, Bible-themed stories and crafts, group games and team-building exercises, snacks and lunch, rest time, and class time.

Grace Towne Preschool will teach your child fundamental subjects such as numbers and counting, letters and writing, shapes, colors, memorization, fine motor skills, and simple reasoning skills.

Each child will have his or her own workbooks and activity books that the teacher will individually lead them through. This ensures your child will never miss a lesson, regardless of attendance schedule.

Whether a toddler or preschooler, your child is guaranteed to be surrounded by a safe and fun facility, caring teachers, and an abundance of recreational, educational, and

developmental activities.

FAQ

1) Is Grace Towne Daycare new?

No. Our program was previously called Grace Towne Children’s Academy and has not been fully functioning for the past three years. We reopened August 29, 2011 as both a daycare and a preschool.

2) What are the hours of operation?

Grace Towne is open 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We do not follow the public school calendar or weather policies in an attempt to be open as often as possible for your convenience.

3) What is the cost?

Full-time enrollment is $130 a week, while part-time (up to 5 ½ hours per day, or three full days) is $75. However, Grace Towne is willing to give you a personal quote to work with your unique schedule.

4) What ages are you enrolling?

Toddlers (ages 2 and 3) and Preschoolers (ages 4 and 5)

5) Do you accept State pay for subsidy-eligible children?

Yes, we are in the process of registering with the State for this.

6)How do I enroll my child?

Your registration is complete when Grace Towne receives your enrollment form, a medical report completed by your doctor, a medication authorization form (if you need the daycare to administer medication), records that show your child’s immunizations are up-to-date, and the signed Parent Policy Agreement form located in the back of the parent handbook. All forms are available online. There is also a non-refundable $40 processing fee that must be paid with the submission of your enrollment packet.
